Les was born and raised in Shelby Co, where he grew up on a cattle and tobacco farm and learned the value of hard work early in life. Les has spent over 38 years in customer service, and is committed to building lifelong friendships and client relationships—not just completing a single transaction.

Les married his high school sweetheart, Michele, and they have two daughters and three grandchildren. He also serves as a captain with the Shelby Co Fire Department.
